Plainfield Park District. Our park district is extremely active, with activities and events all year long for people of all ages. On their Facebook page they alert you of upcoming activities and post photos from some of their events.

Plainfield Public Library District. We are lucky to have such an active library in Plainfield. They are constantly hosting events, authors, children through adult programming. On their Facebook page, they alert you of exciting upcoming events and give ideas for reading and resources.

The Village of Plainfield. Plainfield does a great job at bringing together the community for big events. On their Facebook page they post about activities for everyone to enjoy around town, like movies in the park, Plainfield Fest, Classic Car Cruise nights, and more.

Springbank of Plainfield. We love the town surrounding our community. On our Facebook page, we update you about happenings around town, new homes, news, and offers within our community, and a few good home tips thrown in the mix.

Springbank Aquatic Center. This sparkling 9-acre Aquatic Center offers a paradise of summer joys! For little ones, hours of fun await on the spray play area, sand play area, and zero depth pool. Experienced swimmers will love the large lap pool and water slides. Residents of Springbank of Plainfield and members of the Springbank Aquatic Center can get updates about weather-related closings and other updates here.

Art Cube Studios. This gem in downtown Plainfield offers an immersive environment of the arts for people of all ages. On their Facebook feed, they post photos of the creative work done in their classes, camps, and they alert you of sales and deals.

Lake Renwick Heron Rookery Nature Preserve. This beautiful, unique location right in Plainfield allows you to watch thousands of nesting birds as they gather every year. On their Facebook page, they alert you of guided tours and post incredible photos taken at the site.

C. W. Avery Family YMCA. This is a 52,000 sq. ft. facility with gym, indoor track, 8-lane pool, aerobics studio, and more. On their Facebook page they post often about upcoming events, as well as health and fitness ideas.
