If we can talk about Christmas in July, it’s only fair that we allow ourselves to talk about summer in February. The Chicago area just experienced record-breaking snowfall. While snow comes with its share of beauty and fun—sledding, cross country skiing, snowmen and more—it also causes some  of us to look forward to and dream about the warm, sunny days of summer.
